This article sets out, in a perspective for interpretation and understanding, those major issues dealt with in the novel. The theorical discussion will be based on the thoughts and teachings of distinguished scholars who have already developed these topics in a similar concept as Angone. It is necessary to recognize that these stereotypes, hostilities without any regard to women are far from being a thing of the past.
